As an alternative to purchasing an InterconnecT CABS CG license and controlling CABS billing at your company site, you may elect to utilize Intec Telecom Systems’ secure, state-of-the-art service bureau – this is particularly appropriate for smaller or start-up businesses. Using the InterconnecT CABS CG application, we will process your data to produce two types of bills:

• Switched bills, which bill minutes of use for calls that go through your network
• Facility bills for special circuits

In addition to printing and mailing your bills, we can supply you with a
variety of reports. These include any of the more than fifty standard reports listed above or ad hoc reports, which we create using the InterconnecT CABS CG relational database.

Intec works closely with you to set up your database. You can choose three levels for issuing CABS bills: NPA/NXX, LATA, and state.

As soon as your account is set up, your process falls into an efficient routine. Each month, via transmission, tape, CD-ROM or electronic media, you send us your EMI data for switched billing, rate changes and facility changes. We process the data for you and calculate the bills.

After verification for accuracy, we will print the bills and mail them, or ship them to you for mailing. Our service bureau approach offers a cost-effective way to keep your staffing and technology investments to a minimum while assuring receipt of the revenue you have earned.
