CONTROLLED DATA ENTRY FOR EASE OF USE AND ACCURACY
Interconnect CABS CG minimizes data input errors and improves operator efficiency. Through menu-driven selected entries, users define their account structures. At the end of the process, InterconnecT CABS CG produces a bill adhering to industry output specifications and customer requirements.

As soon as an item is entered, the system incorporates it into its information base and uses it to guide the user through additional data entry. For example, during account setup, the system ‘knows’ – based on previous entries – what needs to be added next, and presents the user with a list of valid options for selection. Selected data is far more likely to be correct than typed data.

Verification checking at an early stage in the process also helps to reduce errors. Because the validity of the data that creates each bill has been established before the bill is created, the accuracy of the final output is assured.

RAPID IMPLEMENTATION
To set up InterconnecT CABS CG, a system administrator or Intec Telecom Systems technician builds a series of interrelated tables in the relational database that supports InterconnecT CABS CG. You may opt to enter some of this information yourself as part of your InterconnecT CABS CG training class. A friendly graphical user interface guides you through the data-entry process. When any of the information governing your CABS processing changes, the update can be made to the tables. No programmer is required.

COMPREHENSIVE TRAINING
InterconnecT CABS CG training is not the garden-variety classroom experience. It’s much more. Our on-site trainer travels to your site, helps you organize your data, instructs your team in the creation of the tables that define your company infrastructure, and even delivers a short course in access training to give you a better understanding of the role CABS plays in the telecommunications industry. The trainer remains on call until you’re ready to issue CABS bills on your own. Customer support then takes over for any problems that arise thereafter.
