InterconnecT CABS CG is compatible with Oracle^TM and other Open Database Connectivity (ODBC) reporting and enquiry tools.

The relational database provides an Open Business Interface to the InterconnecT CABS CG data, making it usable by any third-party reporting tool capable of connecting to the database. This enables users to create their own customized reports and to analyze data available from the system.

RELATIONAL DATABASE MANAGEMENT SYSTEM
InterconnecT CABS CG supports both Oracle and Sybase SQL Anywhere for storage of all information, including reference data, system configuration, priced call data, audit logs, billing data, summary information and statistics. The capabilities of the database product make InterconnecT CABS CG robust and secure, with excellent support for interfaces to third-party applications such as a standard report generator, data warehousing and accounting.

INTERFACES
InterconnecT CABS CG includes a number of additional components that help you integrate it into your business environment, including:

• Import capability for externally supplied reference data
• Interfaces to external systems that can be provided at the customer’s request, including ERP systems, accounting packages, and data warehouses
• On-line Archive and Restore for extracting data in a variety of formats
• Ability to interface with any reporting package that is ODBC compliant.
